Please provide a brief description of your presentation for the convention program.  It should be approximately 50 words and synthesize your presentation.  Additionally, attach your proposal, abstract and outline or explanation of your presentation of approximately 200 words.  Two copies should be provided for the convention chair.

 

ALL PRESENTERS MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE, BUT AT A REDUCED RATE.

 

AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT: AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT: NO AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SESSIONS.  Please note this is a change from previous years.  The presenter must supply or rent from the hotel (at presenter’s expense) any AV equipment needed. Information on additional AV equipment, costs and a request form will be sent with the letter of proposal acceptance.
