As the 2009 PACEC Convention draws near, our Exhibits Chairperson, is busy scheduling the many exhibitors for the 50th Annual Convention. Besides the familiar favorites, there are many companies bringing new materials to the exhibit hall. These exhibits will give you a chance to become aware of materials that are available. As always, you will be able to purchase materials. Many of our exhibitors offer on-site discounts to our PACEC convention participants.

In addition to the many companies in the exhibit hall, we will also have several non-profit organizations that will have information on the services that they provide for children, youth and their families. Representatives from these organizations will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have regarding their services. Take some time to gather information on the many supports that are available.

PACEC subdivisions and student chapters will also be available to share information about their exciting activities and projects as well as displaying items for sale.

The two large exhibit rooms allow for many companies and organizations to display their merchandise and information.

RETURNING THIS YEAR: EVENING EXHIBIT HOURS: If you are unable to attend during the day or have parents who need resources, attend our evening exhibit hours. The exhibit hall will be open on Wednesday evening from 5:00 – 7:00 for all teachers, members, administrators and parents. Please plan to attend even if you cannot attend the convention.

Exhibits will also be open to individuals attending the CASE Conference on Wednesday. At this time, there will be no exhibit hours on Friday. We are in the process of setting up new items for this day.
